This runs small EXCEPT that the hips are tight. So if you have slender hips size down. If you have normal or larger hips you can order your regular size to fit your hips but the shoulders and sleeves will be large.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I am disappointed in the sizing of this night gown. I ordered my normal size (medium). The shoulder seams hang two inches down below my shoulders the sleeves hang to my fingertips and the length is below my knee. But it doesnt seem that a smaller size will fit well because its just right at the hipsso that will likely be too small if I size down. I am only 5 tall and 123 pounds so I can understand that its too long but its not too large everywhere.The fabric is nice and a heavier satin which I like.I just ordered a size small to see if that fits better and will update my review.I read many reviews that said this runs smallthat was not accurate for me. Oh, this fabric is so soft! I'm 54 and going through menopause, so I sweat a lot while sleeping, which is why I need these short pajamas'and I'm sensitive to a lot of things, including overly tight elastic waistbands (that's often the case with satin pajama pants or shorts). I'm 157cm tall, 52kg, 86A bust, 94cm hips, and have a well-proportioned figure. The small size fits perfectly. Really, perfectly. If the elastic were any tighter (or if I didn't have a six-pack), I would have felt it was too tight (I'm very picky about this). Also, the leg openings aren't as wide as my other pajama shorts, but they're just right for me. Even if your legs aren't as slender as mine, the fabric is stretchy. That's another advantage that satin and silk pajamas don't have: the lack of stretch. I also love the contrasting stitching on the placket. For this price? Absolutely great value. Get yours now! Buy several sets!
