Requires photos: logistics label, all sides of the outer packaging, and the damaged item.

4. Delayed Delivery
Arrived later than the seller's promised time?
→ $5 USD per order (one-time payment, no documents needed).

This is my second robe from this brand and I'm obsessed. Same soft fabric as my first one. The length is great'almost to my ankles (I'm 5'3"/160 cm). I bought it for chilly Southern nights. Sleeve length is perfect for me (even a bit long), so it should be great for anyone taller too. For around $25, it's an amazing value. Soft, affordable, drapes nicely, and looks flattering'you could easily own 2¨C4 of these. Now I just need to stop myself from buying another. Happy shopping!
