They shipped a completely wrong size

First, I already processed the return, so that's fine. The package arrived, but I received XL. I thought I ordered wrong, so I returned it. Later I checked and realized I ordered the correct size'M. They shipped the wrong size. I ordered the star print, but the actual color is much darker/duller than the photos. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, though.
