True to size. There are so many times that I have ordered clothing to have it way too small. I'm a big woman and these clothes come in that have NOT been made in the USA and they are one size smaller. So I ordered this nightgound and found it was true to size so I ordered 3 more. Yay! Absolutely love the feel of the fabric. Not sure what kind of fabric it is but it's soft to the skin. Also I sleep hot and I like the design I guess halter style so I'm not burning up. I like the length right at the knee. I can't stand long nightgowns that get tangled up around my legs. Ok happy shopping.
