Update: I wore this dress during my C-section, and it was fantastic! It's very stretchy, making it easy to remove the top for skin-to-skin contact and breastfeeding. Highly recommended! I especially love the fabric'soft, comfortable, breathable, and lightweight. I usually wear a size 2X maternity dress, and this size 2X fits me perfectly.
