I got a size small And I still have plenty of room to move around. If you want it to be a more fitted feel you can go down as high as this has so much stress. The straps are adjustable and the pockets are starting enough to hold a set of keys in and they blend the same lessly with the ramper that you don't know you they are there until you put your hands in them.
