Return Conditions

Items must be:

For accessories, underwear, socks, and personal clothing — quality issues are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

📦 Shipping Cost: Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong size, or wrong item) — in that case, we cover the shipping fee. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service.

REFUNDS

3. Damaged in Transit
→ Partial cash refund or replacement parts for minor/component damage; full refund if totally damaged.
Requires photos: logistics label, all sides of the outer packaging, and the damaged item.

4. Delayed Delivery
Arrived later than the seller's promised time?
→ $5 USD per order (one-time payment, no documents needed).

  • All claims must be reported within 90 days of the shipment date.
  • Compensation covers the goods value only — shipping fees, taxes, and the Shipping Protection fee itself are not included.
